I acknowledge that participating in underwater diving activities involves risks, including but not limited to physical injury, drowning, equipment failure, and encounters with marine life.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event. I hereby release and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, instructors, guides, and associated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death arising from participation in this event.
I certify that I am physically fit, do not have medical conditions that would prevent safe participation, and will comply with all safety instructions and local regulations.
