This waiver of liability (“Waiver”) is executed by the participant named below in consideration of being permitted to participate in the eco-tourism event (“Event”). By signing this Waiver, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth herein.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participating in the Event may involve outdoor and physical activities, travel over uneven terrain, and contact with wildlife, which could result in injury or illness. I assume all risks associated with participation in the Event.

Release and Waiver

I release and hold harmless the Event organizers, sponsors, guides, volunteers, and affiliated entities from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from my participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.

Medical Authorization

I authorize the Event staff to obtain medical treatment on my behalf in the event of an emergency if I am unable to do so. I understand I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
