Follow all instructions given by leaders and staff.
Participate fully in all scheduled activities, unless excused.
Stay within designated retreat areas at all times.
Abstain from using alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or any illegal substances.
Abstain from inappropriate language and behavior.
Respect property, equipment, and personal belongings of others.
Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe situations to a leader.
Agreement
I have read, understood, and agree to follow the Code of Conduct outlined above. I understand that violation of these expectations may result in my dismissal from the retreat at my own expense and notification of my parent or guardian.
