Participant Code of Conduct Agreement

As a participant, I agree to abide by the following Code of Conduct:

  1. I will treat all fellow participants, organizers, and staff with respect.
  2. I will foster an environment free of harassment, discrimination, and inappropriate behavior.
  3. I understand that unacceptable behaviors include, but are not limited to, intimidation, harassment, abusive language or gestures, discrimination, and unwanted physical contact.
  4. I will respect the property, privacy, and personal space of others.
  5. I understand that violations of this Code of Conduct may lead to disciplinary actions, including removal from the event without refund.
  6. I agree to follow all policies and instructions given by the event organizers and staff.
