1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms under which the Travel Agency shall offer carbon offset solutions provided by the Carbon Offset Provider to its clients.

3. Responsibilities

3.1 Travel Agency

• Present carbon offset options to clients as part of travel booking.
• Collect and remit payments for selected offsets as agreed.
• Maintain accurate records of all offset transactions.

3.2 Carbon Offset Provider

• Supply certified carbon offset options to the Agency.
• Provide documentation and certification for all offsets purchased.
• Support the Agency with updated materials and training as required.

4. Payment & Fees

The Travel Agency shall pay the Carbon Offset Provider according to the following terms:
