Waiver of Liability

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have voluntarily agreed to participate in the above-named overseas program. I am aware that participation involves inherent risks associated with international travel and activities.
I release and forever discharge the college, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims or liability for injury, loss, or damage which may result from my participation in the program, except where caused by gross negligence.
I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the program and responsible for securing my own travel and health insurance.
I agree to adhere to all local laws, the regulations of the host institution, and the policies of the college during my participation.
