Research Assistant Confidentiality Agreement
This Confidentiality Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the undersigned Research Assistant and the [Institution/Principal Investigator] for the purpose of ensuring the confidentiality of information accessed during the course of research activities.
2. Terms of Confidentiality

All data, materials, and information accessed or obtained as part of research activities must be kept strictly confidential and not disclosed to unauthorized persons.

Confidential information must not be copied, shared, or used for personal gain or any purpose outside the scope of assigned research.

This obligation of confidentiality continues after termination of research activities.
