Ethnographic Study Confidentiality Agreement

This Confidentiality Agreement ("Agreement") is made between the undersigned Researcher and Participant in connection with the ethnographic study conducted by the Researcher.

Purpose

Confidential Information

For the purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" refers to any data, insights, observations, recordings, notes, or other information shared or observed during the course of the study.

Obligations

• The Researcher agrees to keep all Confidential Information private and not disclose it to any unauthorized individuals.
• Confidential Information will only be used for the purposes of the research study and will be stored securely.
• The identity of the Participant will remain confidential unless express written permission is given.
• Any published results or reports will not contain identifiable information about the Participant.

Exceptions

Term

This Agreement remains in effect for the duration of the ethnographic study and thereafter as required to protect Confidential Information.
