1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the parties will collaborate in conducting the clinical trial titled "" ("Study").

Obtain all necessary regulatory and ethics approvals.
Maintain accurate Study records.

3. Responsibilities of Collaborator

4. Term and Termination

7. Publication

Parties will collaborate on publication of Study results. Any proposed publication or presentation must be provided to the other party for review at least days in advance.

8. Indemnification

Each party will indemnify and hold harmless the other against claims arising from their own negligent acts or omissions in connection with this Agreement.

9. Miscellaneous

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
