3. Obligations

• The Researcher agrees to keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential and will not disclose it to any third party except as required by law or with the written consent of the Participant.
• The Researcher shall use the Confidential Information solely for the purposes of the research described in this Agreement.
• The Researcher will store all data securely and restrict access only to authorized personnel involved in the research.

4. Duration

This Agreement and the obligations of confidentiality shall remain in effect for a period of years from the date of signature.

5. Consent

By signing below, the Participant acknowledges understanding this Agreement and voluntarily consents to participate in the survey under the terms stated above.
