Waiver of Liability
I acknowledge and understand that participation in adventure sports and travel activities involves inherent risks, including personal injury, property damage, or even death. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with these activities.
I hereby release and discharge the organizers, staff, agents, and associated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action which may arise from my participation.
I certify that I am physically fit and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent my participation.
I have read, understand and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release of liability.
