Terms and Conditions

  1. The Material is provided solely for the research purpose stated above and shall not be used for commercial purposes.
  2. The Recipient shall not distribute, transfer, or otherwise make the Material available to any third party without the prior written consent of the Provider.
  3. The Material remains the property of the Provider. Any inventions, discoveries, or developments that result from the use of the Material shall be promptly disclosed.
  4. The Recipient agrees to acknowledge the source of the Material in any publications or presentations.
  5. The Material is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
  6. The Recipient agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the use of the Material.
  7. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
