All work created by the Artist under this agreement shall be considered "work-for-hire" and shall be the exclusive property of the Company.
The Artist waives any rights to the work as an author and grants the Company all rights, title, and interest in the work.

Confidentiality

The Artist agrees to keep confidential all proprietary information received from the Company during the course of this project.

Term & Termination

This agreement is effective from the Project Start Date until the Project End Date, unless otherwise terminated in writing by either party.

Miscellaneous

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between parties and may only be amended in writing signed by both parties.
