This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the undersigned audience member ("Audience Member") and the producers of the TV show ("Producers").
1. Confidential Information
Audience Member may be exposed to confidential information regarding the TV show, including but not limited to plot details, guest appearances, performances, scripts, production methods, and unreleased material.
2. Obligation of Non-Disclosure
Audience Member agrees not to disclose, publish, or discuss any confidential information to any person or entity, by any means, including but not limited to verbal communication, email, social media, blogs, forums, or other platforms.
This obligation remains in effect until the Producers publicly release the relevant information.
3. No Recording or Photography
Audience Member shall not record, photograph, film, or otherwise capture any content during the show without prior written consent from the Producers.
4. Consequences of Breach
Any unauthorized disclosure or recording may result in legal action and Audience Member may be liable for damages.
5. General
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the show's production.
By signing below, Audience Member acknowledges understanding and acceptance of these terms.
