1. Consent to Recording

I, the undersigned Guest, consent to the audio and video recording of my appearance on the aforementioned TV show and authorize the Producers to use, edit, distribute, and broadcast my likeness, image, voice, and statements in any media, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without additional compensation.

2. Release of Liability

I release and discharge the Producers, the production company, and all associated parties from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with my appearance or participation in the TV show.

3. No Obligation

I acknowledge that the Producers have no obligation to use my appearance or any recording thereof.

4. Entire Agreement

I affirm that I have read this Waiver in its entirety, fully understand its meaning, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
