I acknowledge that participation in activities involving the use of drones for special effects may involve certain risks, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage. I accept full responsibility for my participation and agree to abide by all safety procedures and instructions as provided by the drone operator and production staff.

Release of Liability

I hereby waive, release, and discharge the production, its affiliates, employees, agents, representatives, and the drone operator from any and all claims or liabilities arising out of or in connection with my participation in the drone special effects activity.
