Weather Effects Waiver

(Rain, Wind, and Snow)

I acknowledge that participation in this activity may involve exposure to various weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, wind, and snow. I understand that these conditions can increase the risks associated with participation and may impact safety, comfort, and equipment.

• I voluntarily assume all risks related to weather effects, including but not limited to slippery surfaces, limited visibility, strong winds, falling debris, hypothermia, and any other hazards caused by inclement weather.
• I understand that it is my responsibility to dress appropriately, use proper equipment, and exercise caution in changing weather conditions.
• I release and hold harmless the organizers, staff, volunteers, and associated parties from any liability, claims, or damages arising from injury, loss, or incidents related to rain, wind, or snow during the event.
