I, the undersigned model, hereby grant to the photographer the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me taken underwater, for editorial, advertising, or any other lawful purpose.
I agree that the photographs may be altered without restriction and waive any right to inspect or approve the final images.
I hereby release the photographer from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
