The Photographer hereby transfers and assigns to the Recipient all rights, title, and interest in and to the above-listed photographs, including but not limited to copyright, for the use of the Recipient.

3. Representations and Warranties

The Photographer represents that they are the sole creator and rights holder of the photographs and that these rights have not been previously transferred or encumbered.
