I, (hereinafter "the Subject"), grant permission to (hereinafter "the Company") and its representatives, to use my photograph(s) taken on for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to corporate publications, marketing materials, website, social media, and press releases.
I understand that these images may be used in print and digital media, and that no compensation, royalties, or other payment will be provided for such use.
I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. I release the Company from all liability related to the use of my image as described above.
This release is binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
