1. Scope of Services

The Photographer will provide time-lapse photography services at the site specified above, including:

• Camera installation and maintenance
• Regular image capture at agreed intervals
• Periodic site visits (if applicable)
• Final time-lapse video editing and delivery

4. Rights & Usage

The Photographer retains copyright to all images and videos produced. The Client is granted a license for project-related use. Additional licensing and usage outside the project must be agreed upon in writing.

5. Responsibilities

• Client: Provide site access and coordinate power/internet if required.
• Photographer: Set up and maintain equipment, monitor capture, produce deliverables as agreed.

6. Equipment & Maintenance

The Photographer will install, maintain, and remove all time-lapse equipment unless otherwise agreed. Any damage or loss due to site conditions will be handled as follows:
