The Photographer hereby grants to the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs (“Images”) of the above-named property for the sole purpose of marketing and promoting the property for sale or rent.

The Images shall not be sold, transferred, or licensed to any third party, nor used for purposes other than marketing the property, without the Photographer’s prior written consent.

All copyright and intellectual property rights to the Images remain with the Photographer.

This license is valid until the property is sold, rented, or removed from the market, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Client agrees to pay the Photographer the agreed fee for services rendered as outlined in the attached invoice or agreement.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Photographer against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the Images outside the scope of this Agreement.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements. Modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
