Pet Portrait Session Contract

This contract ("Agreement") is entered into between:

1. Session Details

The Photographer agrees to provide a pet portrait photography session for the Client at the above-specified date, time, and location.

2. Payment

3. Rescheduling and Cancellation

• In case of cancellation by the Client, the retainer (if any) is non-refundable.
• Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• The session may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances at the Photographer's discretion.

4. Responsibilities

• Client is responsible for the behavior and safety of their pet(s) during the session.
• Photographer is not liable for accidental injury to any pet or person during the session.

5. Image Delivery

6. Copyright & Usage

• Photographer retains the copyright to all images.
• Client receives personal use rights to the delivered images.
• Photographer may use images for portfolio, website, and promotion unless otherwise agreed.
