I hereby grant permission to the student artist(s) and their school to photograph, video record, or otherwise capture my likeness and/or artwork for use in the Student Art Project. This includes the right to reproduce, publish, display, and distribute said images or recordings for educational, non-commercial purposes.
I understand that my participation is voluntary, and that I will not receive compensation for the use of these materials.
