Agreement
This agreement is made between the Photographer and the Model named above regarding the photo session specified. Both parties agree to the following terms:
- Images are created as "Time For Print" (TFP): no monetary compensation is provided to either party.
- Both Photographer and Model may use the images for their portfolios and self-promotion.
- Neither party may use the images for commercial purposes without written consent from the other party.
- Images should not be altered or sold without mutual agreement.
- Proper credit will be given to each party where applicable.
