Permission & Terms

  1. Owner grants Producer permission to use the above location for the shoot on the dates/hours specified.
  2. Producer agrees to restore the location to its pre-shoot condition.
  3. Producer is responsible for any damage caused by its crew or equipment.
  4. Owner is not liable for any injury occurring to Producer's personnel or contractors during the use of the premises.
  5. Producer may photograph, film, and record at the location for commercial use in any media.
  6. Any changes, extensions, or cancellations must be approved by both parties in writing.
