3. Term

The Term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for a period of years, unless terminated earlier as provided herein.

4. Fees and Payment

The Licensee shall pay to the Property Owner a fee of per , payable in advance.

5. Equipment Installation and Maintenance

• Licensee may install and maintain Small Cell Equipment as described in "Site Details".
• All work shall comply with applicable laws and municipal requirements.
• Licensee is responsible for all maintenance and repair.

6. Access

Licensee and its contractors shall have access to the Site at all reasonable times for the purpose of installing, maintaining, operating, and removing Equipment.

7. Insurance

Licensee shall maintain insurance as follows:

8. Indemnity

Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Property Owner as permitted by law, except to the extent arising from the Property Owner's negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Termination

• Upon termination, Licensee shall remove all Equipment and restore the site.

10. General Provisions

• This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
• No amendment shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.
• This Agreement is governed by the laws of .
