1. Premises

The Landowner hereby permits the Company to install, operate, and maintain a telecommunications tower and related equipment on the premises located at: .

2. Term

This Agreement shall commence on and shall continue for a period of years, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms herein.

3. Rent and Payments
