1. Premises

The Landlord hereby leases to the Tenant a portion of the rooftop located at for the purpose of installing and operating telecom antennas and related equipment ("Premises").

2. Term

The term of this Agreement shall commence on and continue for a period of years, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Rent

The Tenant shall pay monthly rent in the amount of , payable on or before the day of each month.

4. Use of Premises
