Artist Partnership Non-Disclosure Agreement

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of ("Effective Date") by and between the following parties:

"Confidential Information" means any non-public information shared between the parties in relation to their artistic collaboration, including but not limited to artwork concepts, designs, drafts, plans, business strategies, or other creative materials.

• Each party agrees to use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of the partnership.
• Parties will not disclose Confidential Information to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party.

This Agreement does not apply to information that is publicly available, previously known, independently developed, or received lawfully from a third party without breach of this Agreement.

This Agreement shall remain in effect for a period of years from the Effective Date, or until Confidential Information no longer qualifies as confidential.

Upon termination of this Agreement or upon request, each party shall return or destroy all Confidential Information received from the other party.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of .

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
