I, the Model, hereby grant the Artist permission to use my image and likeness in digital artworks, including but not limited to portfolio, prints, and online galleries. I acknowledge that I am at least 18 years of age or have legal guardianship consent. I understand that I will not claim further compensation for the use of my likeness in the described artwork.
