I, the undersigned, hereby grant permission to the organizers of (“Event Organizers”) to record, photograph, and/or otherwise capture my image, likeness, and voice during the event known as (“Event”), and to use these media in any and all media formats, including but not limited to print, digital, and social media, for any lawful purpose related to the Event and the Event Organizers.
I understand that my participation is voluntary, and that I will receive no compensation for the use of such media. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product in which my likeness appears.
I release and hold harmless the Event Organizers from any claims, demands, and liabilities in connection with the use of such media.
