Esports Tournament Participant Agreement

This Esports Tournament Participant Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between:

1. Eligibility

By signing this Agreement, the Participant affirms that they meet all eligibility criteria and agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the Tournament Organizer.

2. Code of Conduct

• Adhere to the highest standards of sportsmanship and fair play.
• Respect fellow participants, staff, and spectators at all times.
• Refrain from using offensive language or engaging in any behavior deemed inappropriate by the Organizer.

3. Prizes

All prizes will be distributed in accordance with the terms announced by the Organizer. The Participant agrees to provide any required tax or payment information for prize distribution.

4. Publicity Consent

By participating, the Participant grants the Organizer the right to use their name, likeness, and game footage for promotional purposes related to the tournament.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury incurred during or in connection with the tournament.

6. Agreement Acknowledgment

By signing, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Agreement.
