The Film Rights Holder grants permission to the Non-Profit Organization to publicly show the above-titled film as part of a fundraising event. This showing is a one-time, non-commercial event, and all proceeds will benefit the Non-Profit Organization. No unauthorized duplication, broadcast, or distribution of the film is permitted.

The Non-Profit Organization agrees to acknowledge the Film Rights Holder in all event promotional materials and to prevent unauthorized recording or distribution during the event.
