1. Purpose

This Agreement outlines the terms under which the Virtual Gallery will represent and sell the Artist's artwork and the commission structure applicable to such sales.

2. Artwork Consigned

1. Ensure all information and images provided are accurate and belong to the Artist.
2. Deliver sold works to buyers as per mutual arrangement.
3. Inform the Gallery of any changes regarding the artwork availability.

7. Term & Termination

This Agreement shall commence on the date above and remain in effect until terminated by either party with written notice.
