Limited Edition Print Sales Commission Agreement

1. Parties

This Agreement is made between

3. Appointment

The Artist appoints the Agent exclusively/non-exclusively to market and sell the limited edition prints described above.

4. Commission

The Agent shall be entitled to a commission of % of the net sales price of each print sold.

5. Sale Price

The sale price for each print shall be: per print, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Payment Terms

Payments to the Artist shall be made within days after each sale, with an accounting provided by the Agent.

7. Duration & Termination

This Agreement shall commence on and continue until or unless terminated by either Party with days written notice.

8. Returns & Unsold Prints

All unsold prints shall be returned to the Artist within days of Agreement termination.
