This Sales Commission Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on , by and between:
The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Exhibitor will sell artwork(s) on behalf of the Artist during the following exhibition:
The Artist consigns the following works to the Exhibitor for the duration of the exhibition:
The sale price for each artwork will be as mutually agreed upon by both parties prior to the exhibition:
Payment terms:
The Exhibitor shall be entitled to a commission of % of the sale price for each artwork sold during the exhibition. The Artist shall receive the remaining percentage.
The Exhibitor shall remit the Artist's share of the proceeds from the sale of any artworks within days after the conclusion of the exhibition.
The Artist is responsible for delivery and retrieval of the artwork to and from the exhibition location. Unsold artworks shall be returned to the Artist no later than days after the end of the exhibition.
Responsibility for insurance against loss, theft, or damage during the exhibition shall be as follows:
This Agreement is valid for the duration of the exhibition, except as otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice.
Both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
