  1. All layaway items must be paid in full by the due date specified above.
  2. If the customer fails to complete payment by the due date, the item(s) may be returned to stock, and any payments may be subject to the shop's layaway policy.
  3. The deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise specified by shop policy.
  4. Alterations to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
  5. Receipt of payments will be provided upon request.
