Failure to make payments by scheduled due dates may result in cancellation of the layaway, forfeiture of extension privileges, and/or loss of deposit.
No items will be released to customer until full balance is paid.
If layaway is canceled by customer or by default, any refund of payments, less applicable fees, is at the store’s discretion.
Layaway items will remain the property of the store until paid in full.
All sales, layaway, and extension terms are subject to store policies.
