Community Garden Participant Waiver Agreement

By participating in the community garden, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• I understand that participation is voluntary and at my own risk.
• I agree to abide by all community garden rules and guidelines.
• I acknowledge that gardening activities involve certain risks, including, but not limited to, possible injury, allergic reactions, or exposure to outdoor elements.
• I hereby release the community garden organizers, volunteers, and associated parties from any liability, claims, or damages arising from my participation.
