Waiver & Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Environmental Cleanup event, I hereby voluntarily assume all risks connected with my participation. I release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizing entity, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with my participation in the event.
I affirm that I am participating voluntarily and understand that participation involves potential physical activity and contact with hazardous materials. I acknowledge that I am physically able to participate in the activities. I agree to follow all safety rules and instructions.
