Yacht Crew Confidentiality & Employment Agreement

This Agreement is made on between the Yacht Owner/Employer ("Employer") and the Crew Member ("Employee").

  1. The Employee acknowledges that during the course of employment, they may have access to confidential information relating to the Employer, guests, and operations of the Yacht.
  2. The Employee agrees not to disclose any confidential information to any third party, during or after the term of employment, unless required by law.
  3. This clause survives the termination of employment.

  1. Either Party may terminate this Agreement by giving written notice of days.
  2. Immediate dismissal for gross misconduct or breach of confidentiality is at the Employer’s discretion.
