Tugboat Captain Employment Contract

This Employment Contract ("Contract") is entered into on this day of , between , with principal office at ("Employer") and , residing at ("Employee").

1. Position

The Employee is hereby employed by the Employer as Tugboat Captain. The Employee shall perform all duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Employer.

2. Commencement and Duration

This Contract shall commence on and shall remain in effect until terminated as per the terms herein.

3. Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate and navigate the assigned tugboat safely and efficiently.
• Supervise the crew onboard and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Maintain records and logs as required by law and company policy.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or equipment malfunctions immediately.
• Other related duties as assigned by the Employer.

4. Compensation

The Employee shall receive a salary of per , payable in accordance with the Employer’s regular payroll practices.

5. Working Hours

6. Leave

The Employee is entitled to leave according to the Employer’s policies and applicable laws.

8. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

The Employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Employer’s proprietary information and not to disclose such information to any third party during or after the term of employment.
