Vessel Chef Employment Contract

This Employment Contract ("Contract") is made and entered into as of by and between:

1. Position & Duties

The Employee is employed as a Chef on board the above vessel and agrees to perform all duties and responsibilities customarily associated with this position.

2. Duration of Employment

The term of employment shall commence on and continue until unless terminated earlier according to the conditions set forth herein.

3. Compensation

Payment will be made on a monthly basis according to company and vessel policies and regulations.

4. Working Hours & Leave

The normal working hours and leave entitlement shall be defined by the vessel’s policies in compliance with relevant maritime labor regulations.

5. Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparation of meals for crew and guests as required.
• Inventory and provisioning of galley stores.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all food preparation areas.
• Compliance with health, safety, and maritime food standards.

6. Termination

This contract may be terminated by either party upon written notice, or immediately for justified cause as defined by maritime law and vessel policy.

7. Governing Law

This contract is governed by the laws of and applicable maritime regulations.
