Influencer Testimonial Release Agreement

This Influencer Testimonial Release Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of ("Effective Date") by and between:

1. Purpose

Influencer agrees to provide a testimonial, review, endorsement, or other statement (the "Testimonial") relating to Company’s products or services, and Company may use the Testimonial for promotional and marketing purposes.

2. Grant of Rights

Influencer hereby grants Company the unrestricted, worldwide, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise utilize the Testimonial, including Influencer’s name, likeness, title, image, photograph, video, audio, and/or social media handle(s) in connection with the Testimonial, in any medium or format, whether now known or hereafter developed, for any lawful purpose.

• Influencer represents that the Testimonial is honest and reflects Influencer’s true opinions, findings, or experiences.
• Influencer is the sole creator/author of the Testimonial and has the right to grant the rights described above.
• The Testimonial does not violate any third party’s intellectual property or privacy rights.

5. No Obligation

Nothing in this Agreement obligates Company to make any use of the Testimonial.

6. Release

Influencer releases Company from any claims arising out of the use, editing, reproduction, or publication of the Testimonial pursuant to this Agreement.
