I hereby grant permission to the organizers of the event to use my testimonial, including my name and likeness (if applicable), for promotional purposes, including but not limited to print, online, and video-based marketing materials, as well as other publications related to the event. I understand that my testimonial may be used in whole or in part and may be combined with others, as deemed appropriate by the organizers. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product.
