This Video Testimonial Release Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of by and between:
The Releasor hereby grants the Releasee the irrevocable right and permission to record, use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute the video testimonial provided, for any lawful purposes, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, in any medium now known or later developed, without restriction as to changes or alterations.
The Releasor waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any use to which it may be applied. The Releasor releases and holds harmless the Releasee from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from or related to the use of the video testimonial, including any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
The Releasor acknowledges that no monetary compensation is provided for the testimonial and consents to the usage as described in this Agreement.
