1. Position and Duties

The Employee is hereby employed as Mate aboard the Harbor Tug Boat. The Employee agrees to perform the following duties:

• Assist in navigating and operating the tug boat.
• Support the Master/Captain in all assigned tasks.
• Supervise and instruct deck crew as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable maritime regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and order aboard the vessel.
• Other duties as assigned.

2. Term of Employment

The employment shall commence on and shall continue unless terminated in accordance with Section 7 of this Agreement.

• Upon termination, the Employee agrees to return all company property.

8. General Provisions

• This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between both parties.
