Maritime Security Contractor Employment Agreement

This Employment Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of , by and between ("Company") and ("Contractor").

1. Position & Duties

The Company hereby engages the Contractor as a Maritime Security Officer. The Contractor will perform all duties as may be assigned which include, but are not limited to:

• Providing security services aboard the designated vessel(s)
• Monitoring and reporting security threats
• Complying with all Company and regulatory safety standards
• Any additional duties as reasonably required by the Company

2. Term

This Agreement will begin on and will continue until terminated as provided herein.

3. Compensation

The Contractor shall be compensated as follows:

4. Independent Contractor Status

It is understood that the Contractor is engaged as an independent contractor and not as an employee of the Company.

5. Confidentiality

The Contractor agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information and operations related to the Company and its clients.

6. Termination

• This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice as follows:
• The Company may terminate this Agreement immediately for cause.

7. Governing Law
