As a member of the Fundraising Committee of (the “Organization”), I understand that I may have access to confidential and proprietary information, including but not limited to donor information, fundraising strategies, financial data, and other sensitive materials.
I agree that I will not disclose, discuss, or share any confidential information obtained through my role with the Organization's Fundraising Committee, except as required to fulfill my committee duties and only with individuals authorized by the Organization. I understand that this obligation continues even after my involvement with the committee has ended.
I acknowledge the importance of maintaining the trust of donors and protecting the integrity and reputation of the Organization.
